We offer spinal decompression in order to address both acute and chronic vertebral disc disorders. This gentle, relaxing treatment has helped many low back pain sufferers and may be an appropriate option for you or a loved one.

Spinal decompression is indicated in the following conditions:

  • Herniated or bulging disc
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Posterior Facet syndrome
  • Sciatica
  • Post-surgical patients
  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Non-specified mechanical low back or neck pain

Some conditions do not allow for the option to perform spinal decompression. Unfortunately, a patient may not be a candidate for this treatment in the following circumstances:

  • Instabilities of the spine, such as recent fractures
  • Bilateral pars defects
  • Unstable spondylolisthesis (typically grade 2 and above)
  • Gross osteoporosis
  • Cancers or tumors of the spine
  • Surgical hardware fixation in the region of the spine being targeted
  • Pregnancy
  • Patients under the age of 15
